At work: Procrastinate now, Things will be better tomorrow, I think

I admit, sometimes, I procrastinate at work. There are times that I tend to slack off when projects are not yet due and still far from maturing.
I feel that I will be better tomorrow and be more focused than now.
I would expect - ending up rushing things - hours or even hour before it is due. As a result - errors everywhere. I'm also working under tension to meet the deadline while my boss is eagerly waiting for the report.
Right now, I have a lot of things on top of my desk, I need to finish things before they pile up and it is the right thing to do. Thinking about finishing this tomorrow. Not again. Can you relate on this? Please share. Thanks

I think this is sometimes something we all do at one point or another. I think the important part is to not make a habit of it....That is a dangerous habit and you wouldn't want to put your job in jeopardy. So, the question is, how can you motivate yourself to get more done earlier on in the day?
