Hi friend, contact your customer support, they will give the proper reply to you. They only know about the reason. I am using reliance net connect data card, few days before i had problem with it and contacted the customer support. Now i am using my card without any problem. So make a call to the customer support to solve your issue. All the best

There a lots of factor to be considered if your internet suffered intermittent connection. Some factors could be damaged cable caused by rat's bite, transmitter obstruction, damaged modem and others. The best you should do is asked a neighbor of yours who have subscribed to the same network if he/she experienced the same. If not you should call your net provider to inspect your connection.

Try to find out, Internet dropped at some specifically website or overall dropped, if it overall dropped, may be it will due to your connection, becs if it will be a modem problem, it creates problem permanently ,

If there was bad weather in the area, construction or an accident that hit a pole or wall that would effect the lines outside,it is probably the lines.Or if the building that you live in has rodents or a lot of stray animals it could be the lines. If you modem was dropped, knocked off the place that it was sitting or a wire pulled then it might be the modem. You should call the company and have them come look at the lines and modem. Good Luck!
