more on the crazed murder who cut up a man in Montreal

Well Magnotta appeared in court today and he pleaded not guilty of cutting up the Chinese student who was attending Concordia University.
This guy sent body parts all over the country.
The family have come to take their son back home but his head is still missing.
What a horrible thing for any family to go through.

While it is indeed a horrible crime that was committed, Magnotta is still innocent until proven guilty.
I wonder if he plans on using the not guilty by reason of insanity defence? Whatever the case, let's hope that the police and investigators in this have indeed arrested the guilty party as it would be scary to think that whoever did it is still at large.

since he put the video on youtube of him eating the guy it is hard to believe anyone else did it. He was flaunting it.
He had is choice of plea guilty or not guilty, he is most probably going for the insanity plea we will know on thursday when he goes back to court if the lawyer his going to ask for it.

I think this story is tragic and this must be horrific for the familiy's involved but hopefully if this guy is found guilty he will send the rest of his life behind bars

if he is found guilty our law doesn't have a forever in jail sentence. He would get out in about 10 years unless he is still seen as a threat to society at that time.

This guy will never get out he chopped someone up and posted their body parts . I would say the man's definatly a danger to the public
