Present status of MatrixMails as assessed by PTC-investiagtion.com.

Recently I took a decision to join MatrixMails. But before doing so, I decided to check its present status from PTC-investiagtion.com. There I discovered that MatrixMails has been moved from the Elite List to the Legit List as the quality of service coming from this site has drastically declined over the past months and the site no longer fits the requirements to be on the Elite List of PTC-investiagtion.com. Under such circumstances, should I join it or should I reject it? Don’t you think it as a set back on the part of MatrixMails to lose its position from the Elite List to the Legit List? Would it affect the earnings of the members in any way?
