Did you ever listen or read someones dreams or your own dreams and think they could make a good book or movie. I just did this not to long ago i read someones post about a dream and was like wow that could be a book. Just wondering if other people ever have that feeling? P.S I am not going to go steel her dream and write a book. I am not an author.

I think my dreams will make epic horror movies. But what to do?...i don't have the language to really express myself. Sharing Dreams relieves my tension. I read someone's post about Lucid Dreams and Astral projection, false awakening etc,I am having such dreams,i now feel that i should have never read that.

Hey, I wrote that post! lol Actually, I have exotic dreams that turn into story ideas of mine all the time. I don't think I'll ever write about aliens running a website and sucking people's souls out through the computer. I'm not worried about people stealing the ideas in the dreams I share, if I think the idea is really good then I'll keep it to myself. Dreams are an incredible source of creative fuel for me. I always keep a dream journal and write down all my dreams.

Hahahaha my dreams are boring, I doubt that I could write a good story about my dreams. But I do remember what my dreams about, it was like a journey sometimes it looked so real that left a deep feeling when I woke up, if I could write a novel about my dreams then I would write it as mystery novel because sometimes my dreams are really mysterious, some of my dreams was like a warning for me, some are nothing and meaningless.

I think that could turn into a very good story. There are tons of books about journeys.

I have had this experience a lot actually. Many of my short stories and poems are inspired by my own dreams. And more often that not I will 'meet' my characters in my dreams before I 'meet' them on the pages. Often times there in my dream and they stand out, or I don't understand why they're doing what they're doing in my dream, so later when I go to write, I try to 'talk' to them and get that answered.

That's so amazing that you can do that, you must have a very creative mind. I will somethings think of things and charators in my head like before i fall asleep but, i never really wrote anything from them. I have very interesting dreams but, alot of the time I only remember then as soon as i wake up then i forget them, so i never get to write them down. or i will end up having nightmares.

This happens to me all the time. Usually a single dream isn't enough for a whole book, but makes a good part for a book, or even a short story. I usually don't listen to other peoples dreams, but I have my own that I enjoy writing about on occasion.

that's pretty cool, I am not the best writer i did have an interest in it and did it for a while. My problem isnt the writing its the grammar and spelling.
