Do you buy jewellery, perfume, aftershave, or do you prefer these to be bought for you? I never buy jewellery or perfume. I don't know why. I just have it in my head that these should be bought for me by my husband. It means that there are probably only two occasions in the year when I'll get either one or the other, and those are my birthday or Christmas. I also wouldn't get them every year, but it's lovely when I do.

well.... since I don't have one of those things to buy them for me, if I want them I have to buy them...
However, I don't wear perfume and when I do I just get a squirt from the roomie's stash, and I don't generally were jewelry, but when I do, I generally wear stuff I made...

I don't buy jewellery or perfume for myself (except for watches.) As for aftershave, as it is entirely practical, I will buy it if I need it, but I rarely use this product.
As for Mrs. Turner, she has a specific perfume that both she and I like, and we usually buy it together. I also will get it for her for Christmas if I am able. Likewise, she will buy me the jewelry if something catches her eye.
