Wayne Rooney's hair transplant

Whilst cheering England on in Euro 2012 I have found myself a little distracted by footballer Wayne Rooney's new hair. It is no secret he shelled out £30,000 for a hair transplant to transform him from baldy to hairy bonce. But what do we really think about this move? Wayne himself is very impressed with the results. He celebrated scoring a goal by performing a hairspray mime over the top of his hair. However, do famous men having hair transplants put more pressure on normal men to follow suit or is it still okay to have no hair? I think some men feel the loss of their hair greater than others and it is quite miraculous there is a way for bald men to get a new head of hair, aside from wearing a wig. However, just like the wig I'm not sure how natural the new hair actually looks.

Who is the donor?..A man may donate a kidney or an eye to somebody for money, but no one will give their hair.Yeah!!they may shave their head, but thats different.

Being famous and HAVING £30k to spend on a hair transplant isn't going to have much effect or put pressure on those who aren't on his wage and couldn't afford the procedure even if they wanted to...unless they'd happen to win the lottery sometime! Not that I'd be interested in tuning in to watch his hair on TV,but unless they botched the job,why would it not look more natural than a wig? Don't Hair Transplants use the person's own hair...? unless of course they gave him silicone implants-that could explain why the job doesn't look real...
