I want to activate my third eye need your help ?

I have been trying to activate my third eye from few days . i get a some sort of sensation sensation at the center of my forehead. but i cant see anything . can somebody tell me what to do to open my third eye. please help or can you suggest me free forums from where i can get help from ppl .
