Without any clarification, we all knew that living in the United States, Health insurance is a necessity in our daily life. The cost of health care and hospital can be astronomical. Although with the help of insurance, sometimes the cost can be unbearable too. From news, this summer, we might get back a rebate check from our health insurance, the maximum can be up to $600 or more, and the average probably around $150 - $300. That might be a good news for all of us, even though it is not a lot of money. The insurance owe us more than 6 billion dollars I heard. For those people who bought their insurance through their employer companies might get a check from your human resource, or your employer might use that rebate check to lower the premium of your insurance cost. Whichever, that can be a good news for all of us.

I know health insurance is expensive and sadly I do not have any insurance for me. Randy is lucky because he was a Veteran and gets his medical through the Veterans Administration. I am so grateful that Randy is getting the health care he needs so he can get better. He has been sick lately and his medicines are expensive. I think it is great that there are some companies who pay for insurance for their employees. I know many comapnies will hire more part-timers so thet do not have to pay insurance.

Maybe if we get lucky Obama will lose the election and maybe the new president will get rid of Obama care. I have not been able to find work at all and it scares me. I hate not being able to afford to see a doctor. I get food stamps, but because I am not pregnant I am eligible for health care (in Idaho we tried to get it for Randy, but we were told that only people who are pregnant are eligible. I told the lady introduce me to a man who is pregnant because I never met one before).

This is part of the Affordable Care Act, and the rebates are supposed to come out in August. I will believe it when I see it...I am sure the insurance companies will find a way to avoid paying people, especially those who have individual, rather than group/employment plans.
