What are actually the adsense requitment ?

I have a blog. It have total 13 posts and over 7000 visitors. I want to register on adsense but im afraid if my site rejected again. Can you tell me what actually google want for adsense sites ? thanks.

The ultimate thing that matters is creation of content. We are not any professal or expert so that we can create highly innovative useful content. What else thing are there left to be thought as all kinda contents have been already created?
