I love going to SM MOA, not because of shopping but because the bay. I love the afternoon breeze and the beautiful sunset. I also like to watch the fireworks every friday and saturday evening.

Sm MOA is something every Filipino should be proud of, it's ranked among the biggest malls in the world and if I am right, I think it's the biggest in South east Asia. For me I like it because it exemplifies true Filipino values like love of family (when we shop altogether), love of good food, fun, being with friends, love of the good life in general despite the many problems our country faces right now.

Now that I think of it, I haven't really gone around the entire Mall of Asia yet, since it is so darn big and it's tiring to go around. I just go to some usual places inside the mall---supermarket, two bookstores, and some favorite restaurants--then go to the back. The bay is great. Sometimes I just hang out there and watch all the people. There are also plenty of things to do if you feel like being a kid and having fun. I once rode a two-wheeled sort of vehicle there, which I think is also called a scooter. I had a great time looking at those kids inside those big bubble things that float on water. I also watch those who are going down the zipline. Time flies by the bay.

Just like you I like going there not so much for shopping but for sight seeing. that place is so big that everything seems readily available if you have the money of course. My kids want me to take them swimming to the beach but since I've got no budget to take them to the nearest presentable beach, I took them to MOA instead and let them watch the sea and enjoy and breeze and sunset at the sea side. And they all liked it they want to come again.

The huge ferries wheel. Sorry i forgot its name. Me and my family took a ride there and my son was nervous at first but he enjoyed it afterwards. I was looking forward to watch the fireworks there but my husband told me that there are always loads of people during fridays. And its hard to bring a young kid when its crowded. So maybe when my son gets a bit older, we'll go to watch the fireworks.

Very huge! I agree with the threadstarter here. You can breathe fresh air here coming from the sea. One of a kind experience. Your feet will get tired walking and walking throughout the real estate property. I think a lot of filipinos from abroad don't miss to visit this site. There are so many retail stores to visit. Lots of janitors too. Because of the huge vicinity, there are lots of people getting lost here
