lol i have a discussion here before about me eating on veggie.. but honestly that only turned out lasting for only a week as my hubby always cook chicken wings which i love. lol.
but since i have tooth removed and my third molar coming out so painfully, i cannot even open my mouth without it hurting! So i cannot chew that much and lately i am just having some soft foods, more on soft fruits and veggies! Like yesterday i had avocados and manggoes...
now i had papaya and avocado salad, then i have some soft casava cake.. now i am craving for meat! Barbecue or some pork chops or some chicken wings! how i wish i would love to eat those but i cannot, there is no fun when you cannot even CHEW! I want to with those chops with some soy sauce with hot chili in it and ketchup and big bowl of rice!
hungry

so sad, i have full sympathy with you. you can include some more liquid food like juices, milkshakes etc in your diet. avoid eating so hot or cool which is not good for you. take care...

Having shakes and juices is a great idea. It is so good to have some fruit juices during these time because you are not taking enough food due to the pain. So the fruit juices or shakes help you to get all the nutrients need by the body.

I know how you feel as I've gone through the same thing. It was a day or two of fluids, nothing solid going through my mouth, as the pain was really significant that I can hardly move my mouth/jaw. The hardest part was not being able to eat food served on the table especially if it was my favorite dish.

Hi Jazel
What is my dear friend's interest on this discussion? Chicken Wings? Or the HOT Chilly or even the SOY Sauce?Hmmm?
WAIT, I have a better way out - trust that will be quite helpful ya know!
- Here we go - Get a Mixer (or a grinder), put that hot spicy chicken wings, the HOT Chilly Sauce and also the SOY into it and grind it to a paste... then pour it in a glass, and gulp it down. AND DONT forget to keep that stuff on (in your mouth for a while - for the sake of the taste
)
How DO Ya Like my IDEA? I learned these cheat codes since the day those darn docs restricted my diet (they still think I am a doctor's guy)

But i have a better idea, i skip to desserts! lol. i would rather taste the creme brulee, as it is smooth and silky and creamy and need not to chew! yum! or the chocolate souffle.. or the ice cream!

I know how you feel! I had a molar extraction recently and it hurt like he**! Intense pain lasted for about 2 weeks and during the 1st week I couldnt have survived without painkillers. It was my first tooth extraction after more than 20 years. My dentis said he'll have to remove 2 more because I am having treatment for a TMJ problem. Oh how I will dread that moment moment when it comes.

I had avocado last weekend at my parents and i am loving your diet right now. I could survive without meat for a long time but i don't eat vegetables cooked in Filipino meal style. Just can't eat them without vomiting. However, i could eat vegetables salad and korean cooked style.

Really sad to know that you cannot have your proper food because of the tooth ache. If you can't eat heavy foods by chewing then just grind them those heavy food and just swallow it. This will help you to have almost all of the food.

Poor you, I really hated not being able to eat my cravings. It just frustrates me sometimes..lol! I had my tooth extracted last May and I had a hard time eating as well. What I did was take my pain reliever before I eat what I crave for. It did work for me somehow so I still won with eating my cravings
. Hope you're feeling better now.

hi,
yes,of course because you can not eat those food that malleable, because our jaw will surely easily get numb on chewing that meat or sometimes vegetables too.so i dont want to experience to have a jaw that can not chew because i loved to eat meat.
