Before, i think of all of the people who are too immersed in their work that they don't think of their health anymore, and somehow i don't get them, but now i do and am a little scared, i mean what if i'm gonna be just like them? unable to take care of myself? unable to be the person whom i want to be? just.... what if? So i gotta ask, i mean, i know most of you guys are much older than i am and i know that learning from you can greatly influence my future, so i guess, what i am asking is that,: what do you guys do to stay fit, healthy, and amazing amidst all the great challenges in life and all through the years:)

I do understand what you feel... Its quiet difficult to have a work - health balance. But i follow an easy way. Every morning i do a few warm up exercises. I don't go for heavy ones. The next thing is i drink a lot of water. Then i listen to my favorite music as i get ready for office... When your mind gets relaxed by the beginning of the day, it would help you stay the same way for the rest of the day. Understand one thing. Life is always full of challenges. You need to have a balanced life and you are the only person who can control it. Best wishes for your future :)

I think that this is an issue that is important for a lot of people at the moment, because we are all working such long hours that we just don't have the time to be able to keep ourselves fit and healthy like we should be doing. It doesn't take much effort to just make sure that we're eating some healthy foods and getting a little bit of exercise, so it is well worth doing if you feel as though you can. I try to run three times each week as this helps me to stay healthy even though I work on a computer so have to be sat down for large portions of my day.

I completely agree with you GemmaR, i mean, with all the things that happens to our lives, laziness is definitely not an option, haha, well, running won't do for me for now, so i guess that insanity workout is the one i should be dealing with, haha, best wishes for you and thank u for the great advice:)

Well, its pretty true that nowadays life has become so fast paced that people don't even try to take care of their health despite the fact that they really need to. As a matter of fact, I am in that same class of people though I am really trying hard to do some sort of physical work just so that my health is not compromised. Its a huge challenge but it definitely can be done... I guess what you should take away from my point of view is that despite the rushed, fast-paced life, one can always put in working out & eating right in their daily schedule. One can always just walk around while at the office, use the stairs instead of the elevator & always try to be involved in whatever activity is organized by your company especially the physical activities... You need to seriously put aside time in your hectic schedule for taking care of your health...
