How can i lose my weight?

1 years ago i was so healthy. But now somehow i put on extra weight. So i would like put off my weight. I know swimming,join health club can help me to do that so. But i want to do it in my home? Is there any food or any way that i can lose my weight without swimming and join health club? I would love to hear from you. Thanks in advance!

Exercise is a great way to loose weight, but the best way, the way to really make a difference is to not eat as much. A great program and website is called fitday, look it up and you'll get all the info you need on it. What you gotta do, is see how many calories your body can take in, and keep the amount of food you eat, lower then that. I took a little peak at other spots you've been writing on, here on mylot, and it seems like you really have a thing for food. You can still eat whatever it is that you want to eat, you just have to ration it, so that you don't have too much. I hope this helps you out.

you can find an exercise video that you like and do that every day for 30 minutes. Also stay away from foods and drinks that are loaded with sugar,sodium, and high fructose corn syrup. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. For snacks throughout the day as well. I hope that you are able to get back to where you want to be. I'm also working on that as well. I'm hoping to get back in shape so I can order some dresses that I really like in smaller sizes.

Thanks for your idea. I am trying my best to avoid the food which contain sugar,sodium other things which make me fat.Usually i don't eat outside food. Cook my own food. But maximum time cook chicken. So trying to stop eating chicken with rice. And hope every day i can do some exercise though every day i do walk a long distance but i think it's not enough for me. I don't understand why i am getting fat though i do walk a long distance.

Sorry to hear that you are gaining weight even though you are doing a lot of things to lose weight. I have heard that it is a good thing to drink 64 ounces of water a day. That this helps with weight loss as well. And keeps us fuller longer. I too am trying to lose weight and get back in shape. I know that it takes time although we want it to happen quickly. I went dress shopping the other day and got so discouraged. So I'm now going to put an old picture of myself up in my bathroom so that I see it every day and am motivated to do what it takes to be that shape again. Keep up all your hard work. Perhaps you should change your workout a bit and maybe that will help. Sometimes are body gets use to the exercise routines we do.

Losing weight needs to be a balance of exercise and proper eating. You need to get nutrition in without too many calories. The best way to do this is to avoid all processed foods and stop eating grains, meat and dairy. Drink green juices or smoothies, eat only vegetables and leafy greens along with some fruit. Don't overdo the fruit though as it can lead to some bloating and only eat fruit alone by itself. Never with any other food types except leafy greens. You will find lots of free information on weight loss and healthy diets on my profile page. There are a number of home workout programs available. One of the best that I have done is P90X but it is pretty time consuming and difficult. Having said that though, you can just do what you are able to do and modify the routine to suit yourself. Thanks for information. I am trying my best to loose wait. Soon i will join swimming as it helps to loose calorie.I don't like fruits.Though i like vegetable.But the problem is i can't stop myself to eat rice. And rice contains more calorie.
