How do you get this thing to work, without having to add every single website every single time? It's almost as bad as just clicking all the no's. Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

You should only need to add a website once for the script to remember it. See the tutorial here: http://www.instructables.com/id/A-Complete-Guide-to-GPT-Greasemonkey-Sanboxie-Rob/step2/GreaseMonkey-and-Just-Say-NO/ (which is probably the middle of the tutorial ... if so, just go to the beginning or download the PDF version.)
