I was watching tv tonight and a commercial came on for Cover Girl. The model in the commercial was a volleyball player, Jennifer Kessy. She is a very pretty girl but something just struck me as odd when I was looking at her. Is it me or does she look like she might have had a broken nose at one time? Her nose kind of reminds me of Owen Wilson's nose. What do you think? Please click on the picture and let me know your opinion. It's driving me crazy! It doesn't really matter I guess but it just is bugging me. Do you think it detracts from her looks. I think she is still pretty in spite of it but I am really just curious and I can't find anything on the internet one way or the other... Thanks and happy myLotting!!!

Okay, I looked at the picture that you've shared to go along with the discussion and I have to say that my first response is that she has probably had a broken nose at some point during her life, but I am not positive about this. The main reason that I think that it is a good possibility that she has had a broken nose is because of the fact that she does play a sport where there are balls flying through the air and that does mean that there is a good chance that she has been hit by one.

That's exactly what I was thinking, but I just can't find anything on the internet anywhere that says if she did or didn't. It's just surprising nowadays to find someone that pretty and especially doing a commercial for a beauty product and she didn't fix it. She is still pretty but it is noticeable. Have a great day and happy myLotting!

From the looks of the commercial and other pictures it looks like she was born without cartilage in her nose and has had surgeries since birth. My son's girlfriend has the same issues and they can only do so many surgeries at a time because your nose never stops growing. However, if she did break it, they obviously did not have much to work with to reset it after. I had my nose broken and reconstructed, but you can't tell unless I tell you. Just a thought, because until meeting my son's girlfriend, I never knew about the condition and I found out it is very rare. :)

Her nose is matkedly crooked with deviation of both bone and cartilage. Her profile shows a bump as well. I suspect she broke her nose at some point. She could use a rhinoplasty to straighten this out as her nose distracts from an otherwise attractive face. Maybe when she is done having volleyball's spiked at 50mph at her face?
