Hello friends, i will be away from mylot for a few months as i am busy with an assignment. I am doing proof reading of a book which has been translated into English from a local Indian language Marathi by a friend of mine.As i am on the computer just for 2 hours daily this work is going to take me quite some time to complete.Therefore i will not have the time to access your discussions and give my response. So please forgive me.This work may take me 2 or 3 months to complete and i am doing this for free.So till we meet again....Au revoir.

Don't bother,my friend.This happens happens to all of us.Often we all have to leave Mylot for one reason or the other.Recently I had been to Delhi and I had to remain there for more than a week.I was missing Mylot,but was not in a position to participate here.Now I am back again.Finish your work first and then come back to this platform.We will be waiting for you.

Well i am sorry you've got to be away for a few months but we will be here when you get back. Don't forget you still need to log in and try to post as if you don't your account will be deactivated and you'll lose your earnings thus far.

Be aware if you are gone for some time you will have to start over uite literally. I was away for a year and i lost everything earned through tasks, posts, everything so just wanted to make you aware of that. good luck on the translation. You will be fine.

it is ok, you can on some notification to get information and comment on your discussion and and discussions where you have responded by doing this you will not lose any discussion and you can give response to all the discussions.
if you are subscribed to Mylot digest you will not lose hot discussions.
focus on your offline work and give your best to your project, you can Mylot any time.

I wish you best of luck and success for your translation work. It happens at times that we are very busy and hardly find time for some of our online activities. This was my situation in January and February when I rarely found time for Mylot. I was very much involved in my family and official matters then.
Now, I am able to find some time. Yet, September onwards it would again be very hectic. So, I am trying to make most of my time.

I certainly hope that you don't have a hard time with the translation of the book. The reason that I say that is that I know that there are a lot of times when some content is lost in translation. With that said, I also hope that you do find the time that you are away from mylot to be something that is enjoyable for you. I hope that when you are able to meet with us again that you will have all kinds of great stories to share with us.

hi dora, i am not translating the book.It has already been translated, i am doing the proof reading and editing.Believe me it is a more ardous task than translating as i have to check everything, sentence to sentence and para to para besides spellings, grammar and syntax. Woof! I will certainly be mylotting now and then so that i don`t lose my earnings.

Hope everything goes well with your proof reading. We will be here on mylot waiting for your return. Life is life and some times you have to do what you have to do. I have just recently got back into mylot. I just didn't get into mylot enough to remember to come to it much. The only time I would remember would b when my sister would ask me if I got on it. so it's ok if you don't get on for a few months everyone will be here awaiting your return waiting to hear about all the new things going on in your life and to hear what you thought about the book.

Hello Veejay- I wish you were here and participating in MyLot on this special occasion as this is turning out to be hot-spot of the internet for the time being. I an trying to achieve a certain point for myself but I am not sure if I could do that because time is short and so is power supply. I am not sure howl long shall I be able to go o.

I will miss you. If you can I would at least jump online and log in here so you do not lose everything. You do not need to post, but if you put in your screen name and password you will no lose everything. I love mylot as well and I will be on here as long as this site never shuts down. I am hoping to move in September, but I will still log on to make sure that my account stays active.
