i am going to call my internet provider to cut off my WIFI zone service

this is not a broadband service i use at home. we won't cut off that broadband service. but i have this extra service to be able to connect even outside the home. but the problem with this WIFI zone service , there are very few establishments i can go to use that WIFI zone service. so it is not worth it. most establishments i can use the internet service are in more expensive restaurant. they said even in burger king i can find connection, but no i hardly see any burger king that is included in this service.

Is this the PLDT wifi something service? I think this service is really just trying to con everyone, you see every good or expensive establishments have internet service free already and you do not even have to be enrolled to some service tha tyou have to pay. Mcdonald's offer free wifi, and so does a bunch of coffee shops!
I have heard about this wifi zone of PLDT and well i think you really ought to just enroll yourself with data plans if you needed a wifi on the go. at least the connection relies on your signal and you can have the connection you need technically everywhere your cellular phone provider has a signal. goodluck with that!

oh its good they have no lock in period and that meant you can have it disconnected when you are not satisfied with the service. :D try to look for a good deal in data plans, some friends i have do enjoy mobile internet as the speed is really good especially with globe ones... if you want a convenient one, then maybe you can buy stick wifi or wifi gadgets that would actually have the same benefit, perhaps even better as you can connect more devices like you laptop and phones. :D good luck!

that is good idea so that you could lessen the amount of money that you need to pay,that is really an advantage for you to live in a place where there are many establishment that you can connect WiFi connection.if i could only find any free WiFi here in my place then i will surely never get any one of broadband.

If there is only a few spots available it is not very interesting. My subscription comes also with free internet wifi connection, and I am able to connect to any wifi router of another customer of my provider : they are 6 millions, so it is really useful when I am in an urban area.
