When is the best time to resume exercises after giving birth?

My bleeding has slowed down and stopped a few days ago, and I'm past my 3rd week from giving birth. So, I started to make easy exercise activities like stretching and a little aerobic dancing -- and I wasn't even thinking about sweating but just to take away body aches on my shoulders and waist. However, the next day, some blood gushed out again. It wasn't very heavy, just spotting, so I'm alarmed and I think it was because of the light exercises I did. When is really the best time and safe time to resume exercises?

Right after having a baby you can start walking right way unless you had a c-section then you have to wait a week to 2 weeks before starting walking. I would wait till your at least 6 to 8 weeks out from having the baby and had your postpartum exam. This gives your body time to rest from labor and the change of hormones. Then you can increase what you want to do.

Unfortunately, here in our place, you dont get fresh air just by going outside the house. Its more polluted, so doctors advise against bringing the baby out of the house for the first few weeks. But, pretty soon I can already bring her out for a walk so I could also exercise. I only take her out to get sunshine early in the morning, and thats just at our frontyard.

I think it depends on. As to me, I didn't have the particular time to do the exercise. However, everyday I needed to take care of my new born baby and this was already a very tiring exercise for me. In fact I lost the weight quite a lot after delivering my baby. I love China

Yeah, we would normally lose a lot of pounds right after birth, because the baby is out, which may be around 6-8lbs or more, and then the amniotic fluid and placenta is also out. I lost about 20lbs in a week's time after birth. I still have some flabs to lose, though.
