Quezon City new country capital?

I just heard on the news today that Quezon City government officials are recommending for Quezon City to be the new country capital. Are you ok with that idea? Although I live in QC, but I'm not really in favor of it. I think it's high time that the Manila government officials should really do something to uplift Manila. Making it the center of the center of the country's economy. They are basically being left behind, QC and Pasig are now fast becoming the new business centers in the country.

I think changing the capital of the Philippines to QC is not a good idea. It's gonna cost a lot of money and moreso it's going to cause a lot of confusion. People around the world know that the capital of the PH is Manila. I do agree with you that our government should try to improve Manila.

i dont like for QC to be the new capital. I think we should stick to Manila and i agree that the officials of Manila be creative on how to bring back Manila's glory. Manila is what we have known for years and we should keep it to that.

Still don't heard about the news, but for me I don't think the capital of our country is nice to change since it was known all over the world. I happens that we will make the other country confuse on our capital.

I think tere will be too many people that will be against that policy. Comparing Manila and QC and pasig, you are right that manila is already left behind among the three, but I think it is not yet the basis of changing our national capital.
