how do you cope stress ?

Hello mylotter, stress is a feeling when everything seems becoming too much. Too much work load in the office, too much work at home, too much problem to solve, even the problems of others trying to solve. I am always stress, just like this school year. My kids are in school early in the morning, i had to wake up early prepare their food and their uniforms to wear, aside from that i have to open our store because we have lots of customers during early morning. I have a companion helping me but unfortunately she woke up always late, Lol! It is not easy to be a full time mother and a businesswoman at the same time. Im doing my task smoothly because im happy doing it. And besides seldom got angry if im under stress , if ever i used to stop whatever im doing and take a rest, or sometimes sit in front of the computer and do some web surfing. How about you guys , if you are stress , how do you cope with it?

Hello friend Oh, being a full time mom and a businesswoman is not really easy. I salute you. Although I'm not a Mom but I know how much effort you give to do all the chores. In my case If I feel stress in the office I just relax for while listening to my favorite music. Oh by the way I have this magazine in my hand the title is "How can I deal with stress?" It says that " To keep from burning out, you will need either to lighten your load or to get a more powerful engine. To lighten your load avoid Over scheduling, procrastination and break down big tasks into manageable sizes. We must remember also that despite of hectic schedule we need to pay attention to our health.. By the way try not to worry too much because it'll make the situation worse. Have a great day to you!
