What to you is the importance of office or work relationships? for me it is important to be maintained at a good working relationships. It is, of course the best one can do on top of their daily task if you ask me. You will never know when you are to need someone's help at work and it always pays to be friends with a lot of them. Maintaining good working relationship and friendship bonds with your co workers help you lessen the burdens and the stresses we all have to carry with us when at work worrying for deliverables, etc.
