What's New to Baguio City on December?

I am planning to stay in Baguio for December especially on the date of December 25, 2012. I have been in Manila for quite years now and I am not updated what news things happen to Baguio.
Is there anything you can share to me that New to Baguio from 2008 onwards?
I would to know new things about Baguio City?

I'm from Baguio City... If you're talking about new things.. then its that issue in SM where they're cutting all the trees.. lol.. and still garbage problems and etc.. there's really not so much new in here... maybe the very tall Christmas pine tree is the new one.. oh there's one thing Ayala developed Camp John Hay, so there's an Ayala Techohub there.. and that's the coolest place to chill out.. they renovated botanical garden as well.. lol, but the weather is still the same... in the morning 18 degrees Celsius in the evening its 15.. but since you said december, it might be warmer at that time.. @fheroan What can be seen in the Ayala Techohub? And I'm puzzled too by what you said that December will be warmer than July??

hi,
there are still good sites and places in Baguio,but also have places are not that attractive anymore such as the mines view,for me its not an attractive place it anymore,then the botanical garden have a renovation and they make it more beautiful and attractive,and the also the Chinese town also attractive one.
