Very good read. Here are some added tips 1) Change to an active lifestyle. Not neccessarily execrcise more but you acn so small things like - Drinking more water, like Goldenladyrege said. This will result in you standing up from your work desk and moving to loo quite a bit of times - In your office or work area, put the trash bin further away. As such whenever you need to trash something you have to get up and walk - Take the stairs instead of the elevator - While watching TV, dont just sit around in the sofa. Walk back and forth, or do some stretching exercises

Actually if you ask me no dieting is required to maintain your fitness but what is needed is to make a balance between the calories you take and calories you spend in a day if you are keeping no reserve calories chances of your being fat is next to none.It will enhance the performances when you follow an exercise routine to keep you more fit and fine.people become fatty when they do less work and consume more calories so what is required is sufficient daily activities.
