What can I send him?

I was talking to my boyfriend on the phone today and he wanted me to send him surprises in my letters. I had no idea what he was talking about and I kept asking if there was something specific he wanted. He kept saying no but I just really felt like he already had something in mind.
I've been sending him pictures of us along with my letters but that's been it. I think I might buy some scratch offs and send them in a letter, he said that would be ok. I'd like to send him other things but it's not like they can do that much while they're in boot camp lol.
Do you have any ideas of what I could send that would still fit in a letter envelope?

If it get too hard why don't you send him a parcel? Does it have to be in an "envelope"? Easy peasy.

He said I could send him packages with like deodorant and stuff like that but no food. On the phone he told me to just put surprises in an envelope because that way his drill sergeants don't open it up.

Maybe I'll send him a post card from where we live. I think I'm going to send him some scratch off lotto tickets and maybe a seashell from one of the days we went to the beach. He wanted me to surprise him but he told me not to do a package, just an envelope. There's not a whole lot that can fit inside a regular letter envelope

Maybe he wanted a picture of you wearing sexy dress. Hehe.. 
Also you may try to spray your perfume on the letter so that he will remember you more. And don't forget to put word kisses in the letter such as mwahh mwuaah. Lol! Those are my suggestions. Good day!

I do spray all the letters I send with my perfume. I even put on a light lipstick and kiss the letter for him. He keeps saying he wants a surprise and he said he knows I'll think of something lol but I really don't have any other ideas

Is he away for a long time? Where is he? How about some of his favourite home made cookies that you make for him or special treats that he likes. Pictures of yourself or of the two of you are always good. Instead of writing on plain paper buy a nice, mushy, miss-you Hallmark card and send that instead. Or a funny one card. A little stuffed animal. Instead of writing a letter, send him a tape or DVD of you talking instead. Just a few suggestions. You can think of a lot of things to send once you put your mind to it.

He's been in boot camp since May and I get to see him at the end of July for his graduation. I can't send him food or anything like that. He told me he didn't want a package because the drill sergeants go through it. He just wanted an envelope and he told me to surprise him. Well there's not much to surprise him with in an envelope lol.
I think I'll end up getting a nice card to put in along with my letters, scratch off lotto tickets, and maybe a small seashell from one of the times we went to the beach together. HE loves the beach and I think he misses it. Thank you for the ideas!
