Chocolate contains poisonous substances. 200 grams could kill a small dog. Chocolate should never be given to ANY pet! Humans are quite used to harming themselves. The jury is still out on the case of chocolate - for and against have equally strong arguments.

If you don't eat it too much, it is good for your health in my opinion. Chocolate will make you have a good mood. And if you are happy, it is already the best medicine for your body. I love China

Chocolate - Eat chocolate in moderation.
If you eat in excess then chocolate is surely bad. Actually not only chocolate but everything you do and eat without self control is bad and will give bad effect on you of course. Now if you eat chocolate moderately, I don't think it will do you any harm. Who would not love chocolate? I myself do love this stuff but we have to practice self control. Don't consume more than one bar a day. Just consider that obesity and diabetes can kill.

it has its advantages like chocolates can helps the brain work if you want to study. and it has disadvantages too, if you take in too much you will end up having diabetes like me. but even if i am already a diabetic patient i still can't help eating much chocolates. so for further information you should consult with your physician so that your physician will advise you what to do and how much chocolate intake you are allowed. happy mylotting.
