traffic exchange

Any one try traffic exchange option in incentria or clicksia.
How many credits are required to start exchanging traffic to my blog or exchange.
At present i have 56.8 credits, when i opt for traffic to my blog, i can see a option coming stating add some more credits. This message is coming in both website.
Please tell some good trafic exhange website names.

That message means, you have to assign those credits to your URL. You may have the credits in your account, but unless you assign some credits to your URL, it won't be listed in the traffic exchange. (This is useful when you have 3 URLs and if you want to distribute your credits to your URLs. That's why we have to manually assign credits to our URLs.)

At first you will have to add your credits to your both sites and if not both just one.you will have to add your credits manually because none of the automatic systems are added to add your points automatically.
