Can humans handle the gravity of a super earth?

There had been planets that had been found that is said to be in the habitable zone of their solar system, which means their distance to their sun is not too hot and not too cold, Just right, Just like Goldilocks says. Planets in habitable zones where said to be possible life sustaining planets. But some of those potential earth like planets where said to be bigger than earth. So They were called super Earths. I just realized one thing, Just because a planet have water, air and able to sustain life,it doesnt mean we humans can handle its gravity or environment. A larger planet have stronger gravity so it means , Its designed for the creatures living there... Not for us. it seemed like a domed city in a dead planet like Mars or a domed city in a frozen moon like Europa may be more habitable because at least we can handle their gravity. Another thing that comes to my mind, lets say we found a planet with animals, plantsn and aliens living on it. It doesnt mean we can breathe the air their breathe. what if poisonous to us that they were immune to is in their oxygen.

Well if there are planets like what you've describe then maybe there are already living things adapted to that kind of an environment. I think if we earthlings would force ourselves to live there we would evolve to something else that would make us live in an environment. Living things usually are able to adapt to things that suit their environment there. I remember the movie "Avatar" is a perfect example of humans adapting to a hostile environment. I think same thing might be applied on those Super Earth Planets.

if you are 123 pounds on earth in a super earth you will be 500 pounds, that is a lot of adaptation for sure. I think it can cause damage to the fragile human body, But maybe a physically fit person may handle that "pressure" They recently discovered an earth like planet that is 95 % liquid, Just imagine how scary thunderstorms on it. Its an earthlike planet that may sustain life but its scary.

LOL just when I thought this is not realistic. It gets more...LOL The only evolution, I can see is humans might get larger in height or something. to adapt with the gravity.
