what are the admission requirements for UofT and York U?

I'm a permanent resident from Ontario. I've been here in Canada since March 2012. I've enrolled to a Catholic school already ( grade 11 this sept. taking academic subjects). When I enrolled I was asked which science subject I wanted to take I said I wanted to take Biology. I'm kinda wondering if I still need Physics and Chemistry to get admitted and if it's okay if I'm going to take them next year instead (grade 12). Or is it's okay if I only took Biology. I'm wondering what are the grades I need too. Thank you.
