health Vs health

generally two health sections are appeared on the top row of mylot when i login my page. one health has the logo 'Healthy Living' and another 'Good Health Natural Foods' what does it mean having two interests or sections under same title?

I never noticed if there is text "health".

All of the interests are created by users and it means that whoever created the second one did not check first to see if there already was another one. There are many duplicate interests all created because others were in too much of a hurry and didn't check first
