Governor Rick Perry thumbed his nose today at Barack Obama and his healthcare TAX. I have said it before and will say it again, MOST states will refuse to implement this gross ifringement to freedom before this is all over. Yuo can read and watch a clip of Perry's speech here.... http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/rick-perry-joins-republican-governors-won-t-implement-165029996.html

You are of course talking about the part that were it will fine people who do not have heath insurance I assume. There are other taxes in Obama's healthcare legislation. One example is an increase in taxes that is scheduled to take effect in 2013 that raises the percent of income that limits the health expenses that can be deducted from 7.5% to 10%. For example right now with it at 7,5% if you have an income of $20,000, you can only deduct medical expenses above $1,500 but in 2013 it becomes 10% which means with an income of $20,000 you could only deduct expenses above $2,000. So that means you have to pay taxes on $500 more. for higher incomes, it would be even worse.

Disgusting, ain't it. And how are you supposed to pay anything without an income. Dear Obama has not told us that! I didn't know about the limit thing. That just makes it worse.
