When I learned that season 8 was the last season, I felt really sad. I just wish they'd continue on, but well it's not up to me. Some good things never last I suppose, according to Barbra Streisand.
But well done to the crew and creators, actors, and actresses of the series. Thank you for the years of entertainment.
I hope to see Hugh Laurie doing another show like this in the future, though. It won't be the same as him being House, as he is perfect for the role, but I hope it will be good.

Hmm I missed that season.
It's like seeing Prison Break go. It's good PB is coming back-to satisfy me! I'll wait for the finale..or is it out already..?

:) I do not watch Prison Break. I am more of the Criminal Minds kind of viewer, but I haven't seen the latest season. I am not even sure if it's already finished or something. Oh well.

Aw I hope you enjoy your marathon, nia. Sad to say, yes, it was the last season. Sad to see the characters go.

When you see the last show, you will know that its the last show and that there is no way to continue. The last show was full of surprises and was a good way to end the show. I don't expect to see Laurie in any TV shows in the near future, except as a guest star. He has been working on some movies that will be coming out and also he has been touring to promote his record album.

I loved the first season but couldnt get into the rest of it as they had to change the characters over been as the others were students who had qualified and left.. o=soon they were back every so often stealing the show n House was more focused on other things rather than just being his usual selfish self.. was weird how his character evolved. i couldnt get into it....
sisters are trying to follow the box sets as it is easier than trying to follow it on tv.. they show different seasons at the same time

The first four seasons, for me, are the best ones. I have seen the 4th one a couple of times. Nice season ender, too :)

Heh how ironic is that.. Yeah, I hope to see him doing a major project soon.. something as good as House.. or even better!
House is one of my favorite, and definitely entertaining. I can't believe it's already in season 8 already and winding up. Wish Hugh Laurie find a new home...

With the new season of fall shows beginning i wish that House was one of them. They ended the show before it was unpopular. I think they still had a few good years of the show left but I am not the network and sadly i dont get to decide that.

I enjoy watching House. And I like the way he makes his patients uneasy around him with his crude manners. But he's a brilliant doctor, I must say. But he needs to learn to be more well-mannered. I too am sad that the series had ended.
