it nice have a wii player

not only for stress-relieving entertainment, but it also brings us to move our body, to exercise in a fun games. do you agree?

I had a Wii , but seriously i dunno what game to play anymore. the games are too limited and currently i considering switching to Xbox360. By the way i doubt people would play it everyday so i doubt it would reach the impact of exercising enough.

Yea I think the Wii is a perfect system for America's weight problems. Video games by themselves are better than watching t.v. because it's interactive. So when you add movements and workout routines it makes it that much better. It's good see a huge company that makes a lot of money show that they care, at least a little bit. I always loved Nintendo since I was a kid and I still do.

i think that the WII's are brilliant i brought one for my girlfriend and so far she has lost lots of weight i like to play my neice at it aswell she has so much fun.

I agree i have a wii and my consolor told me exercise is a great way to reduce stress and if you have something like wii fit its good exercise.
