An aphorism by many people liked

Well, dear friends Mylotters. I must say that in my lifetime, short aphorisms (in Italian of course), I have invented many. Some welcome by the people, others less. But there is one, and say one has really made ? laugh a multitude of people, so much so that a friend of mine recommended at least to publish it in a magazine. Of course that would make more sense in Italian, but since it would violate the guidelines of Mylot, I have to write it in English. The Italy is bordered by three seas, and drained by Tremonti (Remember that Giulio Tremonti, was minister of the Italian economy during the Silvio Berlusconi government). What do you think?
