What food should I consume to improve my face skin?

I have scars from past acne and no matter how much water I drink I still can't get it off. I'm wondering what is your healthy regime to improve your skin health and if there's any tips I would very much like to apply it so I can get rid of this scars. And every now and then there are pimples coming out of nowhere and sometime it leaves some dark spots before finally disappearing!

Like my Grand Ma used to say Pimples are a result of too much meat and fatty oils, try eating more of veggies and fish products, couple that with enough rest and sleep, avoid the sun and dirt especially on the face.

Oh, I never really thought the sun has something to do with our pimples! Your grandma is right. I'll force myself to eat more vegetables.

well i see the the sun makes our skin a bit oily thus making us more prone to dirt magnet.

Always use cucumber & pappaya and grind them and apply it on your face.That will improve you skin health.Avoid oily and junk foods.Always wash your face with water with neem leaves.

Grind cucumber and papaya? I think I might give it a try. Do I need to blend in something else? Hot water or something? Do I need to do this daily?

To be honest,i just eat what i really love and also try to find on the internet what my skin may needs for according to how it looks like,lol.there is a saying that how you look shows how you eat.While,i just want to say,be you and a nice people.
