Url Shortener services

I always wonder about them. Are they really good? After all you only earn cents out of them (if you are lucky) and they drive traffic away from your links. After all when I share a link, I usually do that because I want people to press it. However, if I'll shorten it - people will have to go through commercial. so less people will follow the link. What am I missing here?

Hi friend, i am using 2 url shortening sites and active with one. As you mentioned they are paying very low and getting traffic from our visitors, however we have the chance to earn something from our link and traffic. Not every shortening services are legit, a lot of scams are available there. We must do a lot of search before joining with a site.

and using it doesn't reduce your traffic? You still get the same amount of visitors to your blogs?

Share something that they really need or want. Good example of those links are for youtube clips, downloads and such. You can also share juicy news like celebrity gossips.

Yes. You are right this will be something good to shorten. However, most of my links are links to my blogging. So I don't want to drive traffic away from my blog.

If you want to make moeny with shorten link Tell to peapol a such thing which they want to follow. that's way you will get more visiotr to your links

Yes. Of course. Yet, some people will stll refuse to follow the links just because they are shorten so eventually I'll loss traffic. and traffic is more important. Don't you agree?

What your talking is correct.But most of the people now url shortening services take us to the junk sites.because of these junk sites user system will be hanged.then we will loose our site reputation.there is a chance of loosing visitors to our own site.Dont loose the traffic dude
