Why is farmed fish a thing. I have read that they inject fish to make them grow. What do you think about this. I've also heard that wild salmon is super healthy for you and farmed salmon is total opposite.

Milkfish steak - This was from our fish pen
We raised freshwater fishes like milkfish and tilapia. We didn't inject anything. We feed them with grass, or fish feeds that we bough from the market

Yes, that is very true. Many farm fish are full of toxins from swimming in dirty water, being fed antibiotics, ect. You have to be extremely education to by fish properly.

I don't think it is possible to inject fish! These farms have thousands of fish so how would they do it? I don't think salmon is particularly healthy for you either, where ever it comes from.
