Tooth Fairy Part 2

(I have to do this again as the first one went poooff!)
My daughter ran towards us when we arrived home yesterday from work. She was so excited and showed us her tooth that fell off again. ( she is now at that stage where baby teeth are falling off) She was so excited as she said the tooth fairy will come and visit her again.
We were still discussing and laughing about it over dinner and were kidding around as my daughter was counting all her baby teeth left and was multiplying it to how much she will have lol. My brother was joking around and said the tooth fairy will go bankrupt by that time. It was a slip of the tongue that i was able to say, i will go bankrupt! lol she then said, then mama it was you putting it all along and not me! Good thing hubby was there and saved it, he said, yes it was us putting but by the command of the tooth fairy as he was also busy putting money on other kids pillows... he gave us the money. Good thing they were laughing about it and my daughter eventually forgot about it and put her tooth under her pillow last night and SLEPT early!
|I then placed 40.00 under her pillow as i do not have any change. By the morning she woke up and said how come the tooth fairy only put 40? hubby then said that tooth fairy is "kuripot" ( thrifty in English i guess) unlike the other tooth fairy who gave you 50.00 ( as it was him the other time) it was good laugh in the morning.
my son then said, if it is my turn mama, be sure to call the tooth fairy not to forget me.

It is always a good idea to tell the truth, then you dont have to worry about slipping up, my parents told me the whole truth and a young age but also told me what others do, and for me to respect what they do in love so I dont hurt anyones feelings.

In a way i know my kids know about the truth but i would prefer to continue doing it..just like continue to believe in Santa, it just preserves the magic and i know somehow this is good as we will create wonderful memories more and these memories will make them better adults.

The Tooth Fairy still owes me money
next time (it seems there are many more next times here, so I can ask you) - please enquire the fairy about what are their plans for me? Are they going to send via paypal or western union? Even a wired transfer would do, but hey, let me count the Interest...
And going by the 50.00 then, 40.00 today, I think their Gang is going to be bankrupt soon... so please do take care of my case (okay, I can share some from that Interests I guess)

I am not sure how your economy is doing sids, it actually depends on your country's economy, ours i am not sure as well but prices of commodities are still high and the tooth fairy gang has a lot of expenses too, that is why 50 was reduced to 40
Some subjects still make me sleep

well the interest? well most interest rates in banks here are likely from 2% PER ANNUM...so i guess you could put it that way.. when did you start loosing the teeth? so i could start computing it and submit my report to the head of fairies? and maybe they could set a budget for it?

hi jazel_juan children are so cute and I remember putting a loose tooth under my pillow and wakin up to see two quarters which to me at that you ng age was a lot of money. I of course bought penny
'candy with it. at that time moms did not seem to worry about too
much sugar or cavities.Glad you and your little girl and your son had so much fun. love the innocence of children.

i do not remember me encouraging my children to believe in the tooth fairy when they were little. 
but your daughter is a funny kid, she must be bringing a lot of happiness in your home.

She really is a bundle of joy Bing, she is independent yet warm and loving, she would always the one encouraging my other kids to make us little cards on our birthdays, christmas.. and she can be quite funny too.

Imagine a thrifty tooth fairy.
Oh well, I wish I am there so I can teach your daughter why the toothfairy is not using a dollar bill

since toothfairy is not familiar here in our country and its known only from western countries- therefore tooth fairies should be using dollar bills hehehe

lol,what a lovely story,and how a cute little girl she is.In my city,there are no tooth fairy saying so this story is very fresh for me.May be I can tell this story to my child in the future,lol.
