I need to buy some astringent as I have little bumps on my head. I'm not sure where they came from but I know that the astringent would help. I just washed my bedding but I'll wash it again and well I don't know what else to do.
I'm wondering if it's just because of the hot weather?
Anyone else have itty bumps on their head?

I don't have any but I am sure it is probably from the heat. I know quite a few people break out from the sweat of the heat and it leaves little sweat pimples on your body. I know washing your face with a cold wet rag when you sweat will also help a little to keep the bumps away.

Is it cold that opens the pores? Maybe I should wash my hair in cold water and see if that helps, and then if it doesn't, I'll get something like an astringent to help.

It could be allergies from the weather. Since you don't take medication an over the counter allergy pill is out. Try to up your Vitamin C. And keep hydrated, but you know that already. Sometimes in really bad allergy weather I'll get bumps like that on my arms. And then the weather goes back down the bumps are gone.

My allergies aren't usually like this but I wouldn't doubt it. Still I've not really been outside lately.. I go outside very rarely.

The bumps go away. It is more than likely from the heat and sweating. If they are itchy use a shampoo like Denorex.

Your probably right it is from the heat and dust maybe. But be careful from choosing a astringent there are some astringent that are strong and can burn your face. If you already had tested one that suits your skin type you can continue using it. Sometimes there some causes too eating oily food such as peanuts and chocolate can cause bumps too.

Your scalp may be just having a difficult time and needs assistance. I really hate skin issues. Remember the days of pimples. I think we need to deal with something’s and they go away and others just are there to annoy us. Moles and skin tags come under the latter category.
Sometimes they are signs of something else going on. Just drinking more fresh clean water can have a positive effect. Now and then I use a scalp treatment. Washing with a good shampoo, rinsing properly then soaking with an aloe solution over night has worked for me in the past.
Please let us know what you do and what happens.

Hi somecowgirl, I sorry to hear that you get a bumps on your head.
In order to heal your bumps,I think you had better not wash it till it is fully recovered.

They aren't bumps like that and doing nothing at all could make it worse. I need astringent as I believe that it's either because of dry skin or because of oil. Either way they will heal as long as I take care.
