DOLPHY on the move as a national artist

Dolphy deserves to be a national artist. It is not usual for a person to stay in the show business for decades. But with the "cold" treatment the government is giving, I cannot help but to conclude that the president is not enthusiastic in giving the award. Maybe it was because of the fact that Dolphy opted to promote Villar during presidency campaigns. But these are just my personal inferences. I do not like the fact that the palace is eliminating their power and responsibility over selection process for national artist. I do not believe that the palace is truly incapable of influencing selection for national artist. If there's a true will, there is a way.
