I just picked up a can of benefibre for the first time, i am trying to eat more ruffage as well but though id try this out too to add fibre. the one i picked up was benefibre shape that helps to metabolize. sound pretty good, a medication im on halves my metabolism -- my doc told me this just last week. and overall the fibre is to flush out my system and prevent high cholesterol. i put it in some juice of mine but it clumped up. have any of you ever tried it? is it worth the $15 a can (105 servings) would you ever try it? and to those who have you had any bad experiences with it.

I've used an orange flavored sugar-free fiber drink that I like. It's a generic brand so I'm not paying anywhere near $15. I like the one I'm using and it is important to get enough fiber. Good luck with what you want to accomplish.

ya the $15 is pretty high. but i do like that the benefibre is colorless and tasteless, so you can mix it into anything you want. i dont know if id like a flavoured drink but since this was my 1st extra-fibre purchase i should shop around next time for some generic brands. thanks for your reply!
