What for dinner, well , fried fish, galunggong that is one of fave, and avocado with milk for dessert for this wonderful and rainy night. I really love to eat fish or something with soup when it Is raining. Then I saw some avocados on the kitchen and mix it with milk for dessert. Yummy and so delicious dinner. Hope you are already done with your dinner. And what do you have for dinner folks?

Will you tell me what is galunggong? Will you share the recipe to make one? I live in Indonesia, and my favorite for raining days (or not) is meatball soup (bakso). The ingredients are meatballs, filled tofu, fried wonton, and noodles, eaten with tomato sauce, sweet soysauce, and hot pepper sauce. Hmmmm... yummy.

Butting in here but I have see other members from the Philippines talking about galunggong; when I looked it up I found out that it is the fish that we call mackerel in the UK, it is a fish that is caught in the sea, it very much gives itself up in the waters around Britain.

I am pure vegetarian so i prefer a cup of hot tea or coffee with delecious snacks like pakoda's, potato vada's, patice, finger chips. And in dinner obviously i like to have a boiling soup of tomato, sweet corn, manchao or any other.

That sounds good, especially on a rainy evening. For dinner last night, we had tempeh and veggies in an orange juice and brown sugar sauce. I could have increased the amount of brown sugar a bit, but I hadn't wanted to make the dish too sweet.

Tonight we actually had a really simple dinner of chicken nuggets and vegetables. The reason that we had such a simple meal is because of the fact that the kid's grandma brought dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets to the house yesterday and that is the only thing that the kids have been wanting to eat. It is also something that is quick and easy so it really was the perfect choice for a lazy day like today.
