Have you wanted to take a moment of meditation, only to drift off in it?

Mylotters, have you ever been in a quiet place, closed your eyes for a brief moment of meditation, only to discover that you were (15 minutes later) still drifting into that mode? How do you feel, if someone had to alert you 'out of' your condition, much to your surprise or embarrasment? What do you do then?

I'm glad you are doing 15 minutes! You are trying hard. Meditation is something that it takes a very long time to master, not only we must clearn our mind for long minutes (you could start trying to master 2 minutes per day only and then increase) but also have the patience to achieve that level. It's normal to drift off, but maybe if you try a shorter time it will be better.
