I came to USA with J1 visa and work in a surf shop,it would be good if everything was same with the contract,my real work hours are less than half of the necessary hours,I talk to the manager ,but he said "this is the most hour that we can give you".I just don't understand why he employ us ,and at the same time ,he still employ other girls to our surf shop when we do not have the enough hours.
