Have you ever had an awful time at a restaurant, or other place before?

Last night we decided that we were going to go to walmart pick up some cat food and eat at their subway. Some how I managed to knock over my water all over myself and on the floor. There was only one person working. When I went up to the counter there was six people in line. So basically the whole time I waited for the person to have a free moment I was making sure no one stepped slipped on the water. So I didn't get to eat the rest of my food because I was frustrated and didn't want anyone to fall. I couldn't wait to get home. It was an awful evening.

Once on a school trip, we had some free time to go out to eat. We stayed to help the teachers, and we could go out, but it wasn't fair as we had to get back at them same time as the others who didn't help the teachers. We had really little time left. We ordered a pizza. We planned to bring it to the camp, but it wasn't stiff enough to be held by someone, so we decided to eat it there, but we had no knifes and forks to cut it out. Oh, and it was packed in foil, as we asked it to take away, but when we opened it, we saw that we got the wrong pizza, but had no time to make them make a new one. So my classmates tried to tear the pizz up to slices... how it looked after that was disgusting, I didn't feel hunger anymore, because that looked soooo gross.

Wow your bistro experience sounds awful. I think I would have become sick. That is a truly bad experience. I would not have eaten the food for fear I would get very ill. It is sad that their are restaurants like that open.

Oh and there was another one! It was with my family, in Sicily. We were really hungry, and went to a little bistro. We asked for calamari... and it had hair-like things on it, the restaurant was dirty, the waiter had sparse teeth, we had to wait a lot, and on top of all that, the toilet was atrocious... and they kept the fizzy can drinks just beside the toilet room!

that was awful.lol.you should have got subway for yourself. well i have had an awful time in restaurants as well. One day we was waiting for the waiter to come and take my order. I went with my cousins to this restaurant. After the order was taken, we had to wait for at least 10 mins for the food to arrive. While we sat, somehow i started rocking the chair and i fell because the chair was not very strong to rock it. Oh my God, the restaurant was almost full and I lay on the floor in shock as to what happened. My cousins quickly gave me a hand to get up. I was horrified and all the people present there, stared at me and some where laughing. I could not take this, it was awful for me . I was not hurt in any way apart from a little pain on my back. But then, I had to eat what we had ordered. It was my awful experience.

That would have been awful. I would have been embarrassed about that as well. I'm glad that your cousins were there with you and that they helped you. My husband, and daughter was there. But he didn't do anything to help me he just sat there and finished eating his sandwich. Which of course made me more frustrated.

Other people would just leave because they don't care..but you do and you did. I had a date with a friend who just arrived from abroad. We were inside a restaurant. When she opened her cola, it exploded perfectly to her face and to her dress. We went shopping for a shirt, hailed a taxi and gone home to watch tv. That was it.

That would have been awful as well. I'm sure she was happy to be able to go to your home and relax. After something like that it's important to do something that takes your mind off the experience. As it can really ruin your evening.
