I enjoy being in the kitchen now and my husband loves it, I always cook for him. Yesterday, I cooked special pork adobo which he truly loves the taste. What made it special is how I cook it and the ingredients of course. The unusual pork adobo is made up of banana flowers, potato, bay leaves, sesame oil just a little, pepper, and of course a very tender pork.

Mmmm, that looks and sound yummy! Now I wanna give it a go too. I have pork chops in the freezer only though. I wonder if I could cut them up and use them in it. I only have one day til surgery though so I guess it will have to wait til after I get bak to normal.

Wow, I never had adobo with banana flowers. I have tried the one cooked with coconut milk somewhere in Batangas City, Philippines and it was soooo good! I bet yours is also as good. When hubby comes home during his RnR, I might just prepare him some adobo done your way.
