How worried a mother when her child sick

I think every mother can feel about this. eventhough the kind of sick is fever only. I remembered, at one discussion here in mylot, talk about happyness, and a mylotter said that healthy of her children is happyness for her. I could not imagine how worried, how sad and how strong all of mothers there who their children have severe illness such as cancer or heart disorders. May God bless them and give much patience. Maybe, if the position of the pain can be replaced, Their moms willing to replace it. What do you think guys?

iam unmarried person..but i understand your feeling and worries..
I have niece..and i worry too when she was sick and must come to hospital..sometimes i cry when i see the nurse injecting needle to her hand, leg..
i think you ever read in my facebook status when i say that if the sick can be transfered, let me sick and not my niece..do you still remember it??

Yes adhyz, I still remember that you write on facebook. You as a uncle could be feel that moreover the parents. when i posted the topic, my son 4,5 years old who got high temperature and today my lite girl 16 months old.so, i must be patience, try calm down and not be panic. I just try to make her more comfortable beside take medicine.

Yes , father feel same, surely. maybe, they did not show their panic like woman. but i know not all mom who panic. Yes I agree with you that it is not when our children still kids only. When I got sick and I tell my mom, she must be worrie too eventhough I am have become a mom too.

We mothers are the most affected when our children get sick. That is something really hard for our heart to bear. A child can't even say exactly what he feels and all he could do is just cry and cry. Most mothers would say that they'd rather be the one who gets sick and not their kids. Only a mother can truly understand the pain of seeing your child fighting with illness.

Yes you are right salonga. it is gonna hard when the kid stil a baby like my little girl who 16 months old. She can talk yet and she does not really cry. she choose to sleep and sleep. Off course, it is make me worried and lost her smile. but now, She has recovered and Glad to see that. I pray for kids who got hard illness wish God make them strong and got health soon. Wish their parent be patience always.

So far, my life in a new place is fine. Yes. This is first Ramadan,
experience outside Yogyakarta. Habit in Yogyakarta, and Tanjungpinang very
different. In Tanjungpinang, between neighbors, exchanging food. I feel a little inconvenience. Because, people Tanjungpinang, not accustomed to eating food using brown sugar. As for me, was not satisfied, if cooking without using sugar. So, I have to prepare different foods, to exchange with neighbors.

thats the different taste between javanesse culinary (who likes sweet and put many sugar) and another island in indonesia..
the different is "the gift"..

you are right, mothers will do everything to make their child better. In our case, when my son got sick, my wife will really took care of him. She doesn't even get to sleep just to monitor my son. There are also time that she will not go to work just to be with our son especially when our son got accidentally burned by hot water, she keep on telling me while we are heading to the hospital that why my son got that. She is willing to took it just to see our son okay. It would be rather her than my son.

Thanks for your response. Yes, we will do everything as their parents. Two days ago, my first kid who got fever. and today, he be has better but now his little sister get fever too. since last nigh, her temperatur high. I could sleep surely to make sure her temperatur down and not high more. I already give medicine but it help a little. But I relieved that she still want to eat and drink.

You are right, parents especially moms cannot go to sleep when their kids are sick. Just like my wife, she kept on checking my son's temperature and give him medications. same with me, although I can sleep but not continuously until morning since I am the one giving my son the medicines and milk at night.

I believe that for every mother, her child is irreplaceable treasure. No mother can't stand to see her son/ daughter get injured or illness. the happiness for her son/ daughter is the happiness to for her

I don't sit around thinking about my children getting sick and when they do get sick I don't make a big deal about regardless how bad it might be or might not be. Them getting sick or being sick yes I'm not happy about it but it doesn't bring me happiness when they are not sick. What brings me happiness is seeing my kids happy and you can be sick and still be happy.

Surely, we will doing something when our children sick. But be calm and try to relaks is need because our kids could be panic too when see us as their parent panic. First maybe. we try to make they are feel better by understand what they feel and feel their pain too, than when we can not hold by self, we need doctor help.
