The secret of difference

I often sit talking to people who have great careers and try to learn from their stories is the element that absolutely special that made them succeed in life, unlike others who started out at the same time with them and with apparently, the same talents. There are promotions every year full of actors SuperTalent. But really famous will get only 2% of them. There are generations of physicians, but will be just a celebrity, two of them. There are sports schools not only one champion out every few years ... And the question is valid and the personal life of everyone. I see beautiful people around me who maintain and honor, and figure, and word given that children and families succeed and keep their love and respect those around them, while others lead lives plagued by all sorts of weakness and impotence, who can not go any good diets loves no end, since, like, several lives, each half lived. It happens to myself to look to a man whom I admire and I say, thinking soaked in envy, in a moment of weakness: I could be me instead. But really, next time, I realize that no, I could not, because if it were so simple even I was. What I kept, however, instead? What others pushed earlier than me? Luck? Discipline? Seriousness? Connections? Perseverance? What is the secret that we ascend some higher than others on the steps of success, of wealth, of beauty, the glory, the happiness? What have others and we do not?
