Some one hack my alertpay account

I had some balance with alertpay, now payza, for long time. It is much less than to withdraw. Yesterday some one Sachin hack my account and withdraw my whole amount. I contacted with alertpay adm and they mark it as disputed transaction. I have not any hope to get back my money. Any one faced this problem. I think it is not safe to use payza.
