Stress

My life lately has been a huge ball of stress. Everywhere I turn it seems like there is another round of it for me. I had been handling it alright for awhile but now I am not doing too well at all. I just got more recent bad news about my mom who has cancer and I am not dealing with it well. I am stressing over money making because there are no jobs and with the price of Gas it is almost ridiculous to try and find one. I've drank a lot recently also and i know it is not healthy for me to do so. But now I won't be because we're out of money so I can't afford the beer. I am not feeling well and have no energy to even write here today but I need to. So here I am attempting.

Hang in there, everything will work out. I had a lot of stress for a while so bad i ended up having panic attacks and getting sick in my stomach. I now am on anxiety medicine to help make things better. They are getting better slowly but, things are.

I'm so sorry about what you are going through. Life's like that. We need to deal with it every day. Find time to relax, recharge, to have a pause of everything, that could give a fresh and wise outlook in life. Find time to have a complete sleep also. Thanks

I do need some refreshing from all of this. It will be good to get away and I think I will try to do that tomorrow. I usually sleep well enough though.

Well, first let me say I am very sorry for the bad health of your mom! Stress unfortunately is gripping our lives everyday! I know something of this too! Although we are in summer and at the moment I am on vacation, I must say that unfortunately my problems of poor health, I have brought them here too! I suffer from mental disorder and therefore I am disabled at 75%. Moreover, I have not a good relationship with my younger brother. In short, the "bad things" are there every day. For this, I can perfectly understand you, understand your feelings of illness and believe me, I'm really sorry!

Hi It is hard sometimes to focus on the good things we all experience. You sound like I have felt at different times in my life. I don't know if it would help you but I used to look around and realise how lucky I was compared to many other people. It helped me put my problems and worries into perspective. Also my kids have always been an inspiration to me and have given me strength to focus on them and their needs. You will find peace in your life and look back and see this time as having given you strength when you got through it. Warm wishes

I am not sure this will help but it is a good sugestion. I will be trying this to see if my mind can think of the good I have and not the bad.
